Обязанности
- Coordination & Participation in all federal, regional and Mono lot tenders and win the tenders.
- Training / Monitoring /follow ups / timely support to tender team members to ach. Their objectives.
- Monitoring the price dynamics & proposal of appropriate pricing strategy to company to win the
- Co ordination with all federal & regional distributor, with local MoH key personals to win tenders.
- Coordinate with Hospitals for the "katerovka" purchases.
- Propose other business opportunities on Govt. program tender supplies.
Требования
Graduate of Medicine (preferred) (and) or Degree in Business management (Diploma in Business management).
The candidate must have professional experience in Tender Business in Russia for over 7 - 9 years and preferably having a experience of Head of tender Business - handled a team of 10 to 15 peoples for at least 2-3 years. Having an experience in Oncology tender Business is an added advantage.
Behaviour Expectation: Advanced level in English written and Oral. Excellent communication and Negotiation skills. Skills in developing interpersonal relationship with key personals in tender business. Technical Knowledge: Must be aware about all the tender related rules, regulations & documentations. Having good knowledge about participating in all Federal, Regional and Monolot tenders. Having knowledge about Federal and Regional level Ministry Of Health structure and their role in tender business.

Representation of a foreign company (manufacture and sale of pharmaceuticals and medical devices).
- Office is in walking distance from the subway (7 min. Walk).
- Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 hours.
- Salary: salary of 150 000 rubles. (Gross) + payment mob. communication 2 000 rubles. + Travel costs 3 000 rubles. + Company car + medical insurance.
